新潟県上越市出身の３ピースロックバンド、My Hair is Bad。メンバーは、 Gt.Vo 椎木知仁 (シイキトモミ) Ba.cho 山本 大樹 (バヤリース) Dr. 山田 淳 (やまじゅん)。随分前にyoutubeで聴いたっきり、どうも声が受け付けなかった。ところがある日、友人が彼らの歌詞をツイートしているの見て、何か心に引っかかった。そして翌日には、近所のタワレコに走り、ＣＤを購入した。ＣＤショップでも大きく展開されおり、今注目の人気バンドなのだということを物語っていた。

「超サイテーな、付き合ったらダメなタイプ」の典型のような椎木（歌詞を見る限り）。でもきっと表に出さないだけでこんな人たくさんいるんだと思う。それでもみんなさびしくて、誰かに「君じゃなきゃだめだ」と言ってほしくて、好きでもなんでもない人とキスしてる。みんなどこかで思っていても、言ったら嫌われそうとか気持ち悪いって思われそうと思って口に出さないこと。決して自分はそんな人ではないと思い込むこと。言いたくないし、そう思いたくない、認めたくない感情をこのバンドは「そんなもんでしょ」と当たり前のように歌ってしまう。みんなが必死に隠している「キモい」部分。しかし、実はみんなそういう部分を持っている。彼らの音楽が多くの若者に受け入れられてきているところを見ると、そのことがよくわかる。

彼らは本能的で感情的で汚くて生々しい。そして自分のことばっかりだ。排泄、食欲、睡眠だのなんだの。でもこれらはどれも誰もが持っている普通のもの。１０年後の彼らには書けない歌、歌えない歌。今が詰まっている歌。わたしはこのバンドを聴いていると、自然に今年に入って解散したバンド、The SALOVERSのことを思い浮かべてしまう。My Hair is BadはMy Hair is Badのまま、自分勝手に好き放題やってほしい。

最後にわたしの一番好きな歌詞を。

”My Hair is bad” is a　Japanese rock band, formed in Nigata. The band comprises Tomomi Shiiki(vocals, guitar), Daiki Yamamoto (bass) and Jun Yamada(drums). I listened it in the past in youtube, I don't like his voice. But in other day, I find their lyrics in my friend's twitter. The lyrics remain in my mind. The next day, I went to the CD shop and bought their CD. I realizad the band became popular by big advertisement.

I think Shiiki is typical bad boyfriend. But there are a lot of boy such as him only not　to　open expression of such as bad emotion.Because people think "If I utter that, they should dislike or feel gross". The band sings such emotions naturally.

They are instinctive, emotional, vivid and dirty. And only about oneself. Sex, masturbation, excretion, appetite, sleep and so on! But everyone have all of them. Probabry they can's sing now song 10 years later. Their song is youthful.
